Ryland Home DOUBLES its dividend
The Ryland Group declares fourth-quarter dividend

LOS ANGELES, Dec 9 (Reuters) - The Ryland Group Inc. (RYL.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , one of the largest U.S. home builders, said on Friday that its board of directors had declared a fourth-quarter dividend of 12 cents payable on Jan. 30.
I don't recall Worldcom, Cisco, Nortel, Level 3, or Global Crossing doing that in 2002. Are the homebuilders really in the bubble?
