Stocks Soar As Rising Existing Home Sales Data, Falling Oil Prices Reassure Investors
NEW YORK (AP) -- Stocks surged Tuesday on signs of resilience in the housing market and the U.S. consumer, with falling oil prices giving investors an extra reason to rally. The Dow Jones industrials gained more than 120 points to reach a five-week high.

No one wishes this more true than me. But when the dow rallies 1% and the focal pont of the rally - housing - rallies only 2%. Deal with the reality it was atechnical bounce.
