Flight to SAFETY




The rates on the 10 year treasury notes have been diving like a rock.
Refinancing and mortgage rates are tied to the 10 year treasury notes.
Just as the mortgage rate over took the ten year notes as they were rising, the mortgage rates will over take the ten year notes as they are falling.

Credit crunch? I just borrowed $25,000. I put NOTHING up as collateral other than my name. I am unemployed.

Not crazy enough to buy Toll Brothers with that money. But I am crazy enough to buy a REIT with the $25,000 and $25,000 margin.
