I do believe rates will keep falling a bit and hit resistence at their 6 month lows. But it does take time for the applications to become complete.
The lower rates are a great oppertuntiy to accelerate your pay-off date on your mortgage and get yourself debt free prior to retirement. Please don't be a piece of white trailer trash and use them as an ATM machine.

Mortgage rates are dropping fast again

Mortgage rates are in free fall again. This time the clowns at Forbs are no longer predicting rates will triple over the course of the year. The bad news is the dollar is ready for a complete collasp. The USA is getting ready to cut rates while Europe is raising them. With the collaps of the dollar. tHe credit worthiness of America will likely collasp. So we will have low interest rates, but nobody will be allowed to borrow any money.
